Linda Pittari
Linda is currently President of Exact Leadership Development Group, a cutting edge Leadership Development Consulting firm. She retired from Merrill Lynch where she was First Vice President, Senior Director of Leadership Development for Global Private Client.

At Merrill Lynch, she was responsible for the assessment and development of managers for Global Private Client. Her accountabilities included coaching and counseling executives at the highest levels of the organization, as well as Management Succession Planning. Linda's leadership and innovation in the field of Leadership Development led her to create a formalized development process for Global Private Client that has become the benchmark for the industry.

Linda has successfully transitioned her extensive experience to other organizations. She has developed management simulations for selecting talent; created a development process which combines on-the-job, online and classroom training with evaluations, and designed structured coaching and counseling to provide feedback. She has designed innovative approaches to leadership development and has worked with senior executives as an advisor, focusing on leadership and organizational transformation. Linda has dedicated her career to making good leaders even better.

Linda holds a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Leadership Development from the New School for Social Research. She is a member of a number of professional organizations, volunteers her skills in the non-profit sector, has published articles about management development, and has been listed in Who's Who in American Women.

Janet M. Galvin
With over twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry, Janet Galvin is uniquely positioned to analyze business requirements and organizations. She identifies processes and programs needed to implement strategic goals, develops customized training programs to enhance the performance capabilities of managers and sales professionals and creates and implements business development strategies that achieve results. Her client list includes major financial services organizations where she has identified new product offerings, designed skill enhancement programs for relationship managers, developed tools for assessment, created communications plans and conducted evaluations.

At Merrill Lynch she was a Director in the Private Banking and Investment Group responsible for assessing Private Wealth Advisors and developing additional talent for Private Wealth teams. She provided the accreditation process, coaching and feedback to participants and business consulting to team members implementing the Private Banking business model. Additionally, she implemented a communication strategy, which showcased best practices of the most effective Private Wealth Advisors.

Throughout her career at Merrill Lynch she led a number of critical initiatives. As part of the Leadership Development Group she designed the Sales Management Assessment Center. She has successfully partnered with professionals both internal and external to Merrill Lynch to create a wide array of developmental experiences for both Managers and Financial Advisors including: the Merrill Lynch Certified Financial Manager curriculum, tools and techniques for selection and assessment, evaluation strategies, and customized training at INSEAD. She is innovative and creative in developing effective solutions based on needs and evaluating results. She is a highly respected professional committed to delivering excellence.

Janet received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history magna cum laude from Fordham University. She also holds an MS in education from the College of New Rochelle and an EdM in instructional technology from Columbia University

A trusted advisor to senior executives for more than twenty-five years, Dick Massimilian works with leaders committed to being their best. An expert in change management, organizational architecture and corporate governance, Dick is a consultant and executive coach to leaders of Fortune 100 corporations in the United States and Europe. He also works with top management teams on sensitive issues related to team and organizational effectiveness.

Dick was a partner at Mercer Delta, where he oversaw large-scale change initiatives in the telecommunications, banking and retail industries in the US and Europe. His prior consulting experience includes integrating European acquisitions for a multi-billion dollar US-based fiber and cable manufacturer, coaching the head of the largest division of a telecommunications manufacturer through a two-year culture change initiative and directing project teams in Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Belgium. His clients have included Lucent, Xerox, Corning, GKN, Victoria's Secret Stores, JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, Merrill Lynch, UniCredit Banca, Arco, ConocoPhillips, Reebok, Hewlett Packard and Bristol Myers Squibb. He currently coaches executives in the United States and Europe.

Dick has delivered educational and training programs throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East to more than 10,000 people. Dick has authored numerous published articles, including "Notes from the M&A Trenches" for the Journal of Business Strategy, "The New Language Barrier" for Business Horizons, the Journal of the Indiana University Graduate School of Business, "From Excellent to Extraordinary: Key Attributes of High Performing Organizations" in Manager's Magazine, and "Vision Impaired: How to Tell When the Team's Confused" for The President. In 2006, he co-authored articles published in the Ivey Business Journal and the Journal of Business Strategy.

Dick holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Yale University. He is a former Wharton Public Policy Fellow, and serves as a member of the Yale Alumni Schools Committee.

Whitaker Raymond
Whit Raymond is a high impact advisor and strategic leadership coach to senior executives and teams. He has worked with a diverse group of large and small corporations for over 30 years and is a master facilitator of executive groups and projects where consensus, shared focus and collective commitment are necessary to enable organizations to reach higher levels of functioning and achieve stretch objectives.

His talents are in three related areas. Whit assists executives in translating organizational and leadership needs into effective solutions and then organizes innovative leadership programs and initiatives that engage leaders collectively in implementing those solutions. Perhaps most important, he awakens and harnesses the leadership within individuals at multiple levels in strategically important organizational and business projects. Whit is trained and certified in a number of instruments that he uses selectively with individuals and groups to provide specific kinds of insight and perspective so they may function more effectively.

Most recently, Whit served as Director of Organization Development at Merrill Lynch in both the corporate and retail units. Whit advised senior executives on strategic solutions to critical organizational needs and often served as a confidante and coach. He implemented leadership initiatives in sales, marketing, technology, operations, finance, risk management and new product development, through both executive teams and cross-functional collaborative initiatives. He also led the firm's executive coaching program, which included the selection and coordination of external coaches, development of a standard process and comprehensive inhouse tracking system, and the education and training of human resources professionals in how to effectively manage coaching engagements.

Prior to Merrill Lynch, Whit was a partner of LodeStar Associates, Inc., providing leadership, team and strategic organizational development, and executive coaching, to both large and medium-sized corporations. His clients included ABB Asea Brown Boveri; Cummins Engine Company; Fidelity; GE Capital, General Electric; IBM; Johnson & Johnson; Kodak; Merrill Lynch and US Healthcare, among others. Earlier in his career, Whit was Vice President and one of two thought- leaders at the Princeton Center for Leadership Training, a non-profit training firm, where he directed business development, project design and training, and managed an internal staff and external network of select coaches and trainers. Before this, he was employed as Senior Organizational Effectiveness consultant at Cummins Engine Company.

Whit holds a BA degree from Bowdoin College where he played on two ECAC championship hockey teams. He received his M.Ed. at Lesley University, where he focused on group dynamics and leadership. Whit has a long-standing interest is integrative medicine and health, and lives in Jersey City, NJ and Saratoga Springs, NY.

Tim McManus
Tim McManus has led a life filled with leadership experiences. He has been a Hall of Fame coach, president of a number of different organizations, a board member of a foundation for premature babies, and was even a Drill Sergeant in the Army (although an easy one).

In the world of academia, Tim taught at both the high school and college level. He was a successful high school coach and administrator.

In the business world, Tim spent three years as a program manager at Coopers & Lybrand where he ran the new Manager and new Partner training programs. He spent twenty years with Merrill Lynch in their Management Development Group - the last six as a Director of Leadership Development. Many of the programs and processes Tim developed were benchmarked by companies such as General Electric and Motorola.

After leaving Merrill in 2004, Tim continued his work in Leadership Development, Management Coaching, and Sales training with clients that include: Bank of America, Bridgestone, Wachovia, Nielsen, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley. He also published a book entitled: Success Behaviors of Highly Talented Managers.

She is responsible for the group's day-to-day operations, billing, and client inquiries. Pat has worked with the group since its inception and is a valuable resource to both its vendors and clients. Pat brings over 20 years of experience to this position.
